TIphani Montgomery
Founder of Millions Conference
Multi Million $$$ Entrepreneur
Global Speaker
Social Media Influencer

Twelve years ago, Tiphani self-published her first book of poetry — in an act of desperation. She was a single mom in a brand-new state with no support network, and needed cash — fast. That one act of believing in herself landed her on the Essence magazine bestseller list seven separate times — including the #1 spot.

It wasn’t luck — it was manifestation. And it was just the first jolt in a decade-long journey towards empowerment, affluence, and artistic + financial freedom.

Leaving the literary world behind, Tiphani is now the Founder & CEO of the MILLIONS Conference, a powerful event for entrepreneurs who want to learn how to influence MILLIONS, make MILLIONS, and win MILLIONS to Christ through the power of entrepreneurship.

Tiphani has gone from being a college drop out to building a multi-million dollar lifestyle brand in just a few short years.

Her style is wild.
It’s spiritual.
And it’s ABSOLUTELY about cash-flow, power & fearless entrepreneurship.

Joe Louis Dudley Sr.
Co-Founder, Dudley Beauty Corp., LLC

Long before he made his first million, Joe Dudley was a 19-year-old, living in Brooklyn with his aunt. He was a dashing figure, but between jobs. Born in the tiny town of Aurora in Beaufort County, he was not afraid of work. By then he had labored in a chicken house with what he says was the nastiest part of the chicken, because that job paid more than the other jobs at the plant – and he was saving to go to college.

One day he accompanied a woman on her own job hunt and saw another man selling personal care products for S.B. Fuller’s company. Dudley later learned the man did quite well, pulling down as much as $1400 a week – and this was 1957. He decided to join the Fuller team, too, buying a $10 sales kit and knocking on doors selling products, some of the names of which he could not properly pronounce.
